Probably the same reason PW has started some guys over other guys some nights. Either match-ups, or he was putting a line up on the floor that he felt gave him the best chance.

Seriously?? I didn't hear that, and didn't get to watch most of the game. Man, Kevin late to shoot around, that's not like him at all.

However, life happens sometimes, so it could be something very innocent.

He missed shoot-around, because of a migraine headache. They weren't sure until game time, if he would even be available.

man that is just wrong....but could be true.

I hope he can pick his game back up...I really like him. He's a little fragile but still an all around good guy.
