I was just reading the "Faces in the Crowd" in the SI that came in today's mail (Aug 13 issue).
A young lady named Ashley Brignac, a graduate of John Curtis Christian School, is Gatorade's national player of the year...softball. The righthander didn't allow an earned run in two years and finished her senior season with a 25-0 record, 21 no-hitters and 7 perfect games. Her 4-0 record helped the U.S. win the junior world championships.
Congratulations to Ashley!!
