Who will play the Power Forward???

I would like to see Tag start at center, and move brad to PF. Kings need to defend the paint better, so hopefully RA will start tag.

While I agree with you, we've needed to defend the paint better all season long and Tag has barely seen the court. Don't know why he's start tonight outside of necessity wiht every other largish player traded away.

Tonight, I think the starting line-up will be Bibby, Martin, Mobley, Songaila, and Miller. Ostertag will play many minutes from the bench.

In three weeks, I think it will be Bibby, Mobley, Stojakovic, (whomever is playing the best at the time), and Miller. Ostertag, Martin, and the League of Average Forwards will come off the bench.

RA was quoted last week as being aware that he hasn't used Tag enough, or to the best of his ability, and one of his goals post All-Star break was to get Tag more minutes.

Have to think that Miller at 4 and Tag at 5 will be what he starts out with.

After that, it would make sense to rotate 4 guys thru the 4/5 spot. Tag at center, Miller at PF. Tag goes out, Miller rolls to 5, Darius to 4. If a team tries to play small, RA moves Thomas to 4, rolls Darius to 4+ and they play small without a true center for limited minutes.

If nothing else, this gives RA lots of options and styles to play in the frontcourt. Not as much talent of course, but WAY more flexibility.

Brings up a good point. OTag is a great defensive rebounding center. I would love to see Miller at the 4 and Tag get the start at 5.

As I mentioned in one of the earlier posts, I think this would be the best thing to do, not that there is no Webber anymore.

I Feel that for most games depth chart
will be

pf Thomas, Darius, Skinner
C Miller, Tag, Skinner (until healthy may move to 2 spot)
sf Peja, Corliss
sg Mobley, Evans, Martin
pg Bibby, House

However when we face lineups with real Big Men at pf, C
or when facing Duncan, KG, Cwebb

RA will slip Miller to PF
Tag, Skinner to Center
and Thomas or Darius to Back-up Miller
depending on their back-up PF

I think Thomas and Darius will split the min fairly even
and could also be switched based on current performance or
matchups.

Flexability and Depth

At least that is the Company Line
