We all love JT,... But mark my words LANDRY IS GOING TO BE THE STARTER. I'd say within two weeks. He's healthy now, and shooting great. After the season one of them should be traded for financial reasons. (Landry/JT) Evans is eating up boards, he would be a great #2 PF

Completely wasted and inappropriate as a starter with the Big Three.

Landry is a great sub for Cuz because he is a low post scorer. Those two should never be on the floor together.

No... Landry is a great Sub at PF, if he can get back to where he was, he provides scoring at PF on the Bench, where Evans can rebound the ball and get it to Landry

JT is better as a starter with the big three where he can still clean up a few shots at the rim or make a few open jumpers

Jason Thompson should start at PF. He has the all around if not spectacular skills. Move him to center when you bring in Acy or Landry and rest Cousins. Grey should never get any playing time. He has a NEGATIVE vertical leap. When he jumps he shrinks 3 inches. He cant rebound any ball that doesn't come right to him. He is as slow footed and nonathletic as an aging Joe Kline when he was in Boston. He has hands of stone. No offense or defense. To the end of the bench !!

Derrick Williams can come in at PF against some teams that like to go small. He is athletic and although he is erratic, he brings energy. And he can beat most PF's off the dribble. A stretch 4 with a questionable jumper ??? I sure hope he improves his jump shot. He would be a monster to defend if his Jumper was more consistent.

I hope they start Evans and bring Landry off the bench. Buyout Thompson. No matter what happens, Thompson will shake his head in disbelief.

Speak for yourself!!

OH come on... You know you do.. He's been really steady now since his 2nd year in the league. He used to fumble everything thrown his way and miss every close layup. At least now he's doing that for the most part correct. He's not a starter but he would be a good bench player (15-20min a game) on a good team.

To me, he's just worn out his welcome here. Good guy and knows his role on the team. But I guess I was expecting too much from JT out of college and was hoping he would be the second coming of Karl Malone or something. Completely disappointed in the way he's developed, as well as his basketball IQ. Just looks lost out on the floor more than he should for a 6 year vet. Plus his constant whining to the officials and head shaking for every foul he thinks he NEVER commits, just gets old. It's time for him to go somewhere else. Tired of it!

I didn't expect a thing out of JT when we drafted him and ironically, every time we bring in his replacement, his replacement goes to the bench. He get along with Cuz. I am not saying he is perfect but as the years have passed, these guys know each other. I hope we some day hang on to players long enough so they, too, can develop familiarity. As of now it is a game of musical chairs.

Funny, but true. He doesn't 'believe' any call that doesn't go his way

Not only any call, but also if he fumbles the ball or misses a 5ft shot (and even dunks that are set up, how slow can a guy go up to the rim? geez). I rather see NBA Charlie Murphy (Evans) smile and agitate the other team rather than see JT agitate nobody but himself.

I'm sure that Causewell and Simmons wore out their welcomes with you, too. Is any player who's not an all-star allowed to stay with a team, in your world?

You thought he was going to be the second coming of Malone? Holy Unrealistic Expectations, Batman; no wonder you hate him!

If you're referring to just former Kings players then my SHORT list (in no particular order) would include: Bobby Jackson, L-Train, Walt Williams, Spud Webb, Hedo Turkoglu, Wayman Tisdale, Brian Grant, Travis Mays, Samuel Dalembert & Beno Udrih!! Hated seeing ALL of those guys go when they did.

JT is just not for me, period!

Yes, JT hasn't developed much, and his offense has appeared to regress as the team has added more scorers. But regardless of where you think he should be, he is right now with all his flaws a legit rotation big.
It still pains me to see a hustling, athletic big, who can pass, dribble, shoot, and score in the post, yet do so little. He hasn't put it together. And as hard as he works, he complains just as much. A change of scenery would be good for him, but I'm a Kings fan, and JT has his uses here.

Jarl Thompandry

JT size with Landry's scoring? I dunno. I think the better combination is Juincy Thomacy. Acy's defense and athleticism in JT's body is what we really need.

Since we can't combine players, I think JT is the best bet alongside Cousins. Acy and Evans are too small to play 36 minutes at PF, and DWill is more of a tweener. Landry brings a good skill set, but it is useless to a lineup with our big three. Landry should play bench minutes with either IT or gay on the floor, and function as the second option.
