When Brad returns..

I don't think there's any possibility of that for a wide variety of reasons.

Miller is not now nor has he ever been as dominant as Webber. In addition, Miller hasn't been out very long at all and his rehabilitation is TOTALLY different, as was his injury.

There are a lot more comparisons that could be made, but I quite frankly don't see the need. It's like comparing apples and oranges...

Totally different scenario. Webber brought the offensive flow to a screeching halt because he need his shots...a LOT of shots.

You have to beg Miller to take open shots. He'll look to set up other guys shots even more than usual, since he'll be concious of the rust on his jumper.

Much different situation in a whole host of ways, not the least of them being that disrupting a .500 team might not be a BAD thing at all.

But in any case:
1) Miller is just another good player, not THE player. He can be worked in slowly and whatever he gives is a bonus.
2) Miller's injury is comparatively very minor
3) Miller has played with most of the guys for most of the year -- has not been out 10 months
4) Peja/Vlade unlikely to go into a funk over his return
5) we're barely over .500 since Brad went down (11-10 I think), we could USE a shakeup

Downsides:
1) returning right during the playoffs -- nto even a two month period to get accilmated
2) Bobby also returning -- twice the disruption
3) If he does not shoot, will put pressue on the offense, and he HAS to be offensively proficient becuase we lose defense from Skinner to him
4) Not sure how new guys will react to reduced minutes. Skinner should be ok, get the feeling KT will not.
5) Our weaknesses are rebounding and defense, those are also Brad's weaknesses.

don't agree with 4 and 5...
we've got a huge problam with big guys like yao and our only answer for this one is brad! his return gives us depth and with bobby, our bench is much stronger!
more to that, unlike u, i think brad is a good defender and together with tut we're gon'na have a nice d! i'm eagerly looking forward to see what'll happen with the kings when brad and bobby are back!!!

go kings!!! doesn't matter if its the sonics, mavs or even spurs, go kings!!!

Having B Miller back can only help. We have plenty of guys to play the 2 or 3 position, but another 4 or 5 player will be nice! I think Brad at PF with Skinner at C will prove to be a good combo for us. With Skinner getting more comfortable with the Kings, having Brad back won't be a distraction. With Miller in the hi or low post, with his passing skills, Brian could be the one to benefit the most. Easy buckets underneath and stuff like that. Go Kings!

I wouldn't worry about this. I know how Brad plays. And I know how Webb plays. Brad don't dominate the ball as much, so it shouldn't hurt the Kings once he's back.
