Mostly just glad we already wrapped out season series with the Lakers. Kyrie-Bron-AD, if healthy is freaking tough. Not sure the Nets have much of a choice but to take the Russ+2 FRP

Yeh if kyrie is going to get max or close the sign and trade make sense. Can’t imagine the lakers are crazy enough to give him the max

Unless they are angling to also push KD into another trade request I don't think they can realistically deal for Russ.

But who knows? I will say the Lakers keep treating those 2089 and 2091 FRPs like they are valuable, but LA always tends to reload. Does anyone really think they'll be Top 5 picks when all is said and done.
 
the issue for teams trying to trade for Kyrie is that the Nets aren’t looking to blow things up so they‘re going to have to give up good players right now rather than just the typical massive pick package.


Also Russ’s contract is so incredibly massive that the Nets have to give up an additional player just to get him past trade restrictions.

Yeah, sorry we're travelling so just using my phone but the article is from Sportsnaut and quotes Marc Stien. Basically says those are the two players the Kings are interested in.
At least this management sees where our weakness lies.
 
I would love it if the Kings could insert themselves into the Irving trade. Dorian Finney Smith would be an awesome pickup.

and I love Vanderbilt.

But I’d have no complaints about Thybulle and Plumlee.
