As a fan Im just so sick of the losing. So Dam sick of it.

There's a pathetic game tomorrow? Coach Karl should just give Cuz day off. Maybe the big guy could go to Smithsonian, Lincoln Memorial, see if Barack wants to shoot some hoops for a bit over at the White House.

That 3rd Quarter was Philadelphia highest scoring quarter of the season.
In the 40 minutes Cousins was on the floor we were +8 and the 8 minutes off -15.
After the 8:42 mark of the third the Sixers outscored us 33-9. During that stretch we stopped them 3 times out of 19 (not counting the end of quarter heave). Luckily we already had the 37 point quarter by one player so this is only the second worst stretch of basketball they have played all season.

maybe it's the fact that they spend so much time trying to play in a faster "pace" that as the game wears down...they become fatigued? also....defense is mostly effort to me and there comes a time where there is none put forth...that's what happens when you have so many "me first" offensive players looking to score and not have defense as their number one focus mentally.

Cousins needs some damn help on this team, unfortunately this front office is too incompetent to understand that!
The team I saw at the beginning of this season would not have lost this game. That team would have completely ground Philly down and won easily.

I know I'm going to catch some heat for this but i think Rudy would be best used in a super 6th role. He gives minimum effort on defense but can score in bunches when he finds his rhythm. Of course finding that starting SF would be incredibly hard to acquire minus trading the pick so that leaves trading Rudy for pieces a real option in my opinion.
That has gotten so old. And it's so irrelevant now. Vivek said that before Malone was fired, before viral meningitis took its toll, before Corbin, etc. I don't give a flying **** about wins and losses right now. I just want to see someone out there next to DMC, showing the same kind of heart and effort that he shows.
We have to start doing something right, even if we'll hopefully only see 6-7 of these guys on next year's roster. DMC isn't going to be "Sacramento Proud" much longer if there are many more nights like this one. EFFORT matters; FOCUS matters; not playing with your head up your posterior matters.

Look people far beyond the Kingdom have started openly hoping for Cuz to escape, not so their own teams can grab him, but just because no true fan of the NBA likes to see a great one held back. Its a truly truly miserable situation. Actually kind of interesting in a way. I just have never seen such prolonged incompetence up close for such a long period of time. You just run out of words after a while. In any other facet of life I would either have long since fixed the problem if it was within my power or just disengaged and let the incompetents sink under their own muck. But here we are, nearly 10 years of it. And the Cuz situation really takes it to another level. For all the years where we just had nothing people just ignored us. But now you've got this great and unique player and you're squandering him. There's dismay and even anger that goes far outside of Sacramento.
