If they ask for Carter he’s getting traded look at the way we treat him they’ll most likely get Ellis though. I wasn’t that high on Kuminga but that two weeks to start the season bought me in if he can buy in he was moving the ball well and player very good defense

The Warriors constantly looking for floor spacing centers when most of their success has been with Draymond at the 5 or Dray at the 4 and Looney/Bogut at the 5 is always so weird. (They’ve also spent a bunch of resources on guys like TJD/Post only to not play/develop them at all and try to patch things up by signing a 40 year old Horford)

Assuming Kuminga saying he wanted to come to Sac was real, good luck getting anyone else to pay anything. Teams just don't risk trading for guys if they're not the "extension" team.
Also, good luck continuing to act like Kuminga is this super premium young asset after the way you've treated/played him this season.
Kuminga going to the Bucks right before Giannis formally asks for a trade to become a 20 ppg guy on a last place team that nobody watches feels like it was fated to happen at this point. And as a fan of a last place team that nobody watches, that's no shade at the Bucks or their fans. Lord knows that franchise has tried to keep the Giannis era limping along. Swapping out Jrue Holiday for Damian Lillard was a serious blunder but supposedly that's what Giannis wanted so they had to do it.
Keon is and has been better than Kuminga.

They might have interested in Sabonis but what does that look like? Hield and Moody to Sacto? No thanks. If it were JK and expirings and a draft pick then sure but GS doesnt really have any large expirings if I'm not mistaken. DDR to the Clips, Collins to GS and JK to the Kings. Maybe Kings sprinkle in some 2nd's.

I think Brett is saying the Kings would need to add something. I took it as Keon alone won't get it done. Obviously, salary wise Kings need to add more.

The idea would be that you cross-match him so that he plays the 1 position on defense (guarding the other team's on-ball guard) and plays the 2 position on offense (primarily a catch and shoot floor spacer).

Exactly it’s like a replay of the off season. Same playbook by the warriors this will go until the trade deadline and the. They will probably do nothing again
