If you didn't see the finals of the 100 meters at the World Championships, you need to check it out ASAP. As the commentator said, Usain Bolt was "poetry in motion". Big up!

"Lightning" Bolt is freakin' unbelievable! WOW!

In this era of PEDs I'm pretty skeptical when anyone can dominate like that. He still had time to look over his shoulder for the runner up, and check the clock. That's superhuman!

Bolt at 6'5" with those lightning long strides is really amazing to say the least. The latest world record vid is now up at NBCsports.com and MSNBC.com but it's a short version of the call. I really like Tom Hammonds as announcer today and of Bolt's Gold Metals in 100m and 200m at last summers Olympics.

Usain Bolt wants to try long jump... but not 400m. A lot of people want to anoint the Jamaican sprinter greatest track star of all time if not the greatest athlete ever. I think he may get there (he's only 21) but IMO needs to dominate at the long jump as well as sprints like the great Jesse Owens or excel for a longer period like the awesome Carl Lewis in his hey day.

Female challenger for Usain Bolt @ 100M !?
