That plan has now made Haliburton a multi-millionaire and an NBA player at age 20. The former Iowa State point guard was selected 12th overall by the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night to become the first Cyclone selected as a lottery pick since Marcus Fizer went fourth overall to the Chicago Bulls in 2000. "An amazing night," Haliburton said on the ESPN broadcast of the draft from his parents' home in Oshkosh, Wisconsin.
