TV coverage questions/discussion

i recently moved to the bay area (san jose) from stockton and no longer receive Kings game bahhhh...I went ahead and ordered nba league pass from comcast earlier, but i'm not home to test it out..i wanna know if ill be able to get the game tonight?

Yeah, I ordered League Pass last month and realized that I get Comcast Cali out here in the midwest, with the sign up package I have until January. I have the 4 months of NFL Sunday Ticket and 250 channels for $62.95 a month. LOL I probably could have waited and got the second half of the season package for $100. Oh well. haha
 
Where you able to get the game on league pass? I live in San Jose too, and I can get CSN Cal, but the game was blacked out. I don't know if the same rules apply for league pass.
 
League pass is worth it a million times over.

We had league 02-03 and started watching basketball around 5PM and didn't get up until around 9:30-10PM when the last games were done. :D Ahh, the single life.

The lady completed my order for the phone, but Comcast doesn't have the league pass channels up yet. I'm not sure if they are going to offer it during the pre-season, so I'll have to wait and see. I would be pissed if Kings games were blacked out.

I don't remember if they had the preseason on LP. I want to say no, but not sure.
 

I live 4 miles into the blackout zone for kings games. I've had LP for the past four years and I've never gotten a pre-season game on LP. just fyi

Only a select few teams have every preseason game on League Pass in my area (in Des Moines, IA). I get every Kings, Bulls, Pacers, and Rockets preseason games. I can understand the Bulls and Pacers since they are in the area, but it's weird I get all of the Kings (Comcast CA) and Rockets (FSN Houston) preseason games too. Oh well, that's awesome! haha

I have gotten some other games too like the Magic - Bobcats game. Cant remember who else at the moment. It's only a small portion of games though. I have gotten 100% of the Kings games, but I know the other 3 teams I get, it is like blacked out for a quarter or a half of the game and then their games pop up on the LP . I didnt think that was possible?

On NBATV they show preseason games and some team's training camp. Does anyone know when they will be showing any of the Kings training camp or any of the Kings games?
 
It seems like every day or so we get a new question/thread about TV coverage. For that reason, I'm going to merge them into an ongoing "TV coverage" thread.

As far as your question goes, KINGSDOTCOM (from Maloof Sports & Entertainment) has been posting videos from training camp so we're not totally without coverage. I don't think they announce the NBA-TV coverage ahead of time...
 
I have league pass on dish network. Ive gotten every preseason game so far..

Ive had league pass for 4 years and I dont remember spending more than $100 on it but I could be wrong ..
