Better way to look at it: hopefully this helps our tank.
This would be the funniest thing ever because basically they would be trading all the picks they got for Dame back to the Bucks and have Giannis and Dame in Portland.

I wouldn't necessarily consider this to be a "We want to win next year" move for the Jazz.
Always likely but I really hoped we could make him miserable enough to go away by himself.

hmm, I like this for the Jazz actually. They have a million picks. Now the question is, do the Jazz sit him, alternate sitting him and the other two guys or give up on the tank?
Its nice the Jazz are buying instead of constantly selling but I don't get it at this moment.

Jazz should trade the Kings Kessler and filler for Sabonis and go for it this year.
Those picks are a lot less interesting right now.

They still have their pick if it hits the top 8 so I’d expect to see new levels of tanking previously unknown to god for the rest of the season from them

Devil is in the detail regarding the draft picks, but that's a huge contract and a lot of youth/draft picks going out from utah. Jackson would not be the guy I bet the farm on.

Because it's just a "mock trade" and people like to come up with crazy ideas that they can then advertise as being "mock trades".

I didn't see that yet... either way, man that's a huge contract for what I think is an overrated player with clear warts in his game.
