..........please keep him. frees up some room to sign a center that post up and block some shots

I agree here, time to move brad. i was hesitant but after his horrible showings in this series its clear brads heart just is not here. time for a change!

i've never seen someone so afraid. he passed up every opportunity he had to shoot the ball. it was horrible. he would just stand at the top of the key and hold the ball. we need him to knock down his shots so we can spread our offense.

I don't think this is a trade Miller thread... why is everyone talking about trading him here. Isn't there a "Personnel Moves" forum for that?

To the OP: I agree... anyone had a Brad Miller sighting lately?

Im not to sure about Brad "exploding" anytime soon.

The guy sometmes has monster games coming off horrid games, but being fragile in his confidense, two TERRIBLE outings in a row in the playoff's will not do anything for him...

Unfortunatly, I don't see much to be excited about.

Brad is struggling because the Spurs play hard, physical defense and will not allow him to get shots in the flow. It is time to face facts....Brad would play good against the Suns or teams which play soft defense and quick offense. However, teams that body him have always and will always cause him problems. His offensive style should tell you all you need to know about him...Brad is a 7'0 jumpshooter who is allergic to the post. He does many good things on offense when there is no contact. But the playoffs are defined by physical play and that does not suit Brad Millers game.

That would only explain his game in offense, but what about the D ? As far as i know, defense is all about effort, no matter how slow and clunky you are, right ?.............Rasho's slow as snail, nothing to brag about his offense, yet his defense is respectable, so ?

I'm not too sure about that actually. As primarily a jumpshooter, Brad should be one of the last guys to be effected by physical play, since he isn't banging on offense anyway. Think its really mostly from the head up, both Brad's fault, and the Spurs throwing him off rhythm. But its not by bumping or whatever...he's rarely close enough to the hoop to bump. Its by keeping people in his area, suprising him with rotations, and generally taking a guy who has a passive streak in the best of times and confusing him + making him unsure.

Mentioned before, there is absolutely now way ANY defense could be responsible for back to back pathetic 4pt 1reb, 7pt 3reb overall flameout performances from a player of Brad's caliber. In order for that to happen, Brad himself has to take most of the blame. Its not like he's gone 3-11, 2-12 but played the rest of the game. He's just checked out completely in EVERY aspect + is looking lost out there.

Watch Brad explode next game and you'll all take that crap back. Pathetic.

we are in the playoff. we don't have the luxury of 82 'next games' for brad to prove himself. he's two games late for stepping up and play like hell.

pathetic? yes, he IS pathetic...

Thank You! I've said this all season...as Brad goes the Kings go...there is absolutely no excuse for the first 2 games. Have bad games, that's fine..but he's not even involved! It's ridiculous...

He will be back tonight. He will be pivitol in helping us win. I look for him to have an amazing game.

We will win.

VERY WELL SAID

cdep73, he won't "explode" facing the Spurs

How do you explain all the fairy fouls and his propensity to avoid physical contact. How about the pouting.

I think the ghost of Shirley Temple is trapped in Brad Miller's body. Now there is a frightening image.
