I didn't even research Robinson before the draft because I never thought he would fall to us. I wanted Drummond. When Robinson fell it seemed like a good pick just for value. He could still shape into something. That being said, he looks like a bull in a China closet. I liked that he seemed to help with our unbelievable rebounding problem. He needs to slow down on offence and just give the ball to anyone but himself.

His coast to coast attempt last night where he dribbled into trouble and turned it over was an excellent example of this. He had two easy passes he could have made, but decided to try to run through two defenders with a third trailing. This seems like the kind of thing that can be fixed with time. Most likely in college he could finish that play, but it 's not so easy in the NBA.

watching LA vs SA on ESPN right now. Robert Sacre is way better than T-Rob. and he was picked 60th
How bout Earl Clark? Doesn't get much playing time but you can see he his skill level at the moment is way ahead of T-Rob. He's got a good outside shot even extending to 3 point range and a decent midrange game too. Plays within himself and put up 22pts 13rebounds in 27 minutes on 9-12 shooting. I just don't see TRob showing any flashes of star or special talent at all, other than some rebounds which are more athletic than anything else.
