Once again, the Kings were unable to garner a win on their latest road trip. So they return to Sacramento and Arco for five straight home games with the hopes the magic of home will help make the difference.
Portland tried very hard to give the Kings the day-after-Thanksgiving victory, but the Kings - ever the polite guest - declined the offer and, with some last-minute graciousness, were able to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
Turnovers and brain freezes are going to kill our Kings. Even Coach Theus was left pretty much without anything more to say after the game when he watched the ongoing transformation of #32 from Dr. Jekyll and Cisco Hyde numerous times. If Cisco didn't have the potential, it would be one thing. But he does have the potential. We have to hope he finds a way to utilize it more. As was said in the PBP thread, there is no "I' in team but there is one in "Garcia" and he has to learn to look up from the dribble and find that open teammate.
The Spurs are coming into Arco and we'll see how well Beno Udrih can do against his former teammates.
