Part of the entire financial feasibilty analysis is identifying what sources of funding are available: What the Kings would contribute, what the City Council could contribute without a vote, hotel taxes, car rental taxes, seat licences, redevelopment funds, bonds, private investors, the whole enchilada. In fact, from their presentation at the City Council meeting it seemed like that was the major goal of the 90 days. They're not expected to come back with detailed architectural plans, which can come later. They're expected to identify the sources of potential funding and the overall costs.
Right, but there's a gap between laying out what needs to happen, and then getting those plans in action. They can present whatever they want, but that doesn't mean they are any closer to actually implimenting anything to get the project off the ground.
