Right now, Vlade is not going anywhere and neither is Joerger. The only place Vlade might go is to an upper management position while hiring a guy like Levien to be the GM. Currently, one of the goals is creating a stable environment, not just in the roster but in the entire organization. I believe Vlade is succeeding in creating the stability. The roster is upgraded over last year yet the flexibility is there to continue upgrading it next year.

I would be fine with Vlade moving into upper management, he could be the owner of the team for all I care, I just don't want him making team decisions on drafts and free agents. And how exactly is the roster upgraded from last year?
