I kind of disagree, Bronny doesn't have the physical presence of Dort and can never have it. Also up till now in some forced to watch moments (not highlights that ESPN/NBA TV posting in daily basis) he isn't such a beast in defense either capable of "destroying" opponents offense that he can guard max 1 or 2 players. Even someone at his height (Sheppard) had no issues against him and Bronny stopped guarding him so not to humiliate himself even more. How many players are willing to play defense only and not going to NBA because they can do nothing but that? Bronny was advertised as the next Lebron in high school due to his athleticism but after his heart issue and playing for college and not against kids anymore it was obvious that he is nothing like him. Now, because he is Bronny he will be able to get away with many fouls when defending especially if his father is still on the team but being a worse version of Davion at the moment in defense, without having almost any point guard attributes, and he is not such a shooting guard either, he has no place in the NBA regardless of what they have been trying to "sell" us. Also it's frustrating to be forced to watch Bronny commits a foul while I pay a significant amount of money for the NBA League Pass to be able to watch the Kings but the monitor must be split in certain moments to watch the Lakers in parallel view without me asking it. If I wanted I would do it myself.

My favorite team in Greece got a player last season straight from NCAA Jean Louis Berrick from Iona. He is like Bronny in a way with bigger wingspan, has nice vertical and for "2nd division of Greece" he was a beast in defense. He had zero chances of getting drafted and zero chances of ever making it to the NBA because of his last name. Bronny is younger but I doubt he will be evolved in someone better than Davion in the future.

Yesterday (and I stop ranting after that) he scored a basket late in the game that didn't matter at all (Celtics were way up front) and the whole stadium cheered for him for scoring a... goal. It's like those videos when a kid with special needs plays a match and stands close to the basket in order to score with both teams applausing him after, that's what it reminded me of. I wouldn't want that for my son, but ok what do i know, I only have two daughters anyway...
