I think Webber is going to be traded. Just a hunch!
I REALLY hope you're wrong. I think that trading Webber at this point would be throwing the season out the window, and I think it would be a real slap in the face to a guy who is playing his heart out for us.

....sigh... how many more hours?

Koz knows something but isn't tipping his hand, because he wants to make sure it's fact. While talking on the radio so far he has predicted a BLOCKBUSTER deal before the deadline for the Kings. Just a hunch he said.
I thinks that is Koz's way of saying, "I've found a good trade on real GM, you heard it here first."

Like Reina I've been listening to Koz tonight. It seems clear that the Kings are discussing a trade based on his comments. Also, he said more or less Peja would not be traded.

Now, NOTHING may happen! It just seems to me based on what I've heard tonight that if a Kings player is traded it would more than likely be Webber. I mean that's a hunch piled on speculation but that's what it's all about. RIGHT??;)

I think you guys are taking Koz out of context. He was talking to Chad Ford about all NBA trade prospects, not just Kings. When he jokingly predicted a Blockbuster, I believe he was refering to the possibility of a blockbuster trade in the NBA, not specifically Sacramento.

I think I'll take your interpretation -- it's the only one that will let me get any sleep tonight!:)

No, when he first came on the air he mentioned a deal involving the Kings. Then he said he need to talk to "people" and that he wouldn't say anything until he got confirmation.

He also said, the supposed blockcuster could impact both the Western and Eastern Conference...

Man, I hope Webber is not dealt to the Knicks because there is no player from the Knicks that I want on this team.

Even if GP wants to unload Webber, I SERIOUSLY doubt he would trade Webber for a couple of Knick in a midseason trade. The Kings are still a playoff team. Losing Webber in the middle of the season would throw a monkeywrench into the Kings team play. He's too integral (running the offense, rebounding, low-post play) to how the Kings are currently structured right now. If Webber is traded midseason, it would be a white flag on the rest of the season.

I am going to stand by what I said in one of the Peja theads, RA is still harping over the fact that he hasn't got Cat into the mix yet, now he is going to give GP his blessings to potentially take away another of his starters? Unless its a can't miss, you're giving me Duncan/KG/LeBron etc..trade, I don't see the Kings doing it.

Kings and 76ers.....the kings give up Matt Barnes Michael Bradley and CHRIS WEBBER to the 76ers in exchange for Corlis Williamson Kenny Thomas...Brian Skinner..
