well, i'd be curious to read the questions that were asked, and want to know who put it together. if it's the city who put it together, i'd wonder if it's a negotiation tactic.

i mean, i doubt there was any complicated language in it. they haven't really come up with any definitive plans on where the money's coming from. probably something like: are you in favor of public financing of an arena? how about 50-50? how about 75-25? etc.

anyone who's taken opinion polls would probably agree that few of them ask you questions that totally account for every gradation of feelings.
