Was reading this article from Dan Devine on yahoo -- and its a pretty good one for the media recognizing times are a-changing. But he cites a tweet that seems to indicate the suspension has been upheld?

Garbage. Not including last night, at least 5 of DMC's T's this year were complete crap, that no other player in the league would have received. The least the NBA could do is let the guy play Wednesday
