Ah, the great outdoors. Now that summer is officially over, and most of my tests are over, I'm having withdrawls. So, which outdoor sport do you enjoy the most and why?
Cycling. While I've never owned lycra or even a "real" road bike I've been riding bikes as my primary transport for the large part of 30 years. I'd say only in 3 of them did I drive more frequently than rode (last two years of high school and the year after University).
That's the greatness of cycling. I don't have to make time for it because its my commute. And I actually save time over the bus (and driving isn't an option for me at work).

I suppose hiking is whatever you want it to be. I'm lucky to have great hiking in my extended back yard Sometimes I feel guilty about all the great outdoors I don't take advantage of here in Oregon.
