I think this round all comes down to Deadpool and Ghost Rider vs. Neo.

Cloudstrife, Jack Bauer, and Colonel James Braddock may have some tactical advantages, however, their lack of true superpowers makes them meek compared to the previous three. I also have to question how effective Neo would be in the Batcave, not inside the Matrix...

I tried to take into account the intangibles, but I can't imagine ghost rider rollin' over to Jack Bauer and Braddock. No matter the colonel's growing legendary status.
