Ok I'll be honest. To this point I've voted for the team with my favorite character on it, other than voting for Peter Petrelli over Deadpool.

Peter Petrelli is my favorite out of this group, but I'm gonna have to go the other way. Superman, Captain America and Optimus Prime together? And I guess I'm known as being a video game fan on here, so Raiden and Samus are instant pluses.

I was never a big fan of Superman, but without access to Kryptonite he is unstoppable. Which is why I really liked the Lex Luthor pick by somebody. Lowenherz for the win, but venom has an amazing team assembled

BTW, Petrelli draws Superman into a stalemate....

He is like a Ditto, he just gets the other guys powers.

It's really a 5-on-5 after that, and seeing as how Phoenix is more powerful than any of his other guys....

Iceman v Samus would be something I'd sit down and eat popcorn to. V vs Raiden as well.

So you're saying he's like a ... "parasite" if you will. Too bad Supes doesn't have any experience with someone like that.

And even though she's been really overlooked, I think this is when Aspen gets to shine. Home Field in the Galapagos plays right into her wheel house of dominion over the oceans. Plus, if she goes head to head against Ice Man, consider she controls all forms of water ... including frozen ones.

By the way, Phoenix is essentially a god ... but so is Raiden. His Mortal Kombat form is seriously watered-down to make the battles with mortals somewhat challenging.

Good match-ups all around regardless.

I'm getting my *** handed to me, but let me mention that the only people who can beat Petrelli are the ones who don't use superpowers... and Phoenix very easily nullifies the. While I picked the rest of the guys for their level of coolness and because they would make good support units, a Phoenix - Petrelli combo is unbeatable.

Congrats on the win, Low! If I wasn't biased, I'd have a hard time picking the winner here. Although I will say that I probably didn't deserve to lose 13-4, I tried throwing the link into 3 or 4 other topics and I feel like that backfired. Oh well. Let's hope my Villain team wins....
