Spurs v. Sonics

Who do you want to win? Why?

I want the Sonics to win. No real reason, just a sudden dislike of the Spurs after they beat the Kings. I'm hoping for a quadruple overtime Sonics victory.

Hoping they maybe a little tired for tomorrow.;)

oh gosh i cannot wait for this game tonight

i actually thought about that question myself, last night.

this may be the first game where i wish neither could win

id say i want the Sonics to win just cuz of the reason you said...cuz of my sudden dislike of the Spurs...and actually they are still my second fave nba team...weird huh? well maybe i should say i want the sonics to win for my sudden dislike of the Spurs FANS..yeah thats much better

BUT at the same time

If the spurs win we gain ground on the Sonics...in the WC standings

i don't know who i want to win though...i think ill just start watchin the game and whoever i feel myself pulling for from shot to shot is who i want to win

But either way i hope they burn all their energy up tonight so that tomorrow night they can come out flat

I did that for the Spurs and Suns game. Didn't know who I wanted to win.

This Spurs and Sonics game tonight is another one of those games where I want both team to lose. But if I had to choose, I want Spurs to lose. Same reason too... the "sudden dislike" of them. :D

Hopefully it'll be a close game. Overtime will be nice. ;)

Yeah the Spurs have gotten really annoying lately, I want to see them taken down a peg or two.

I want the Sonics to win.

I DISPISE (HATE) the Spurs with every ounce of NBA passion running through my viens. They just bother me so much.

You said it even better!

Go Spurs -- I'm interested in reducing this thing to a three horse race out West if at possible -- Spurs, Suns, us. A few more setbacks for the Sonics could knock them right out of the elite pack.

I admit to not wanting the Sonics to win anything. I'd rather see us beat the best of the West, and IMHO the Sonics do not meet that description.

;)

its not just you ^ he has been shooting better...he's had way more 20+ point nights this year then he had in years combined...he's just having a good offensive year...so far anyways

Thought I might root for the Sonics tonight, but as I'm watching I find myself pulling for the Spurs. Just something about disliking new kids on the block I guess. :)

Man Seattles down 14 at the half without Ray-Ray. Makes me feel a little better about a 10 point loss on the road without our best shooter. One other observation, Manu Ginobili is way, way, better this year.

Well that was ugly. Kings are now officially tied(record wise...Seattle has the tie-break) for the 3rd spot in the West. I wonder if Ray is gonna give it a go tommorow, then again I wonder If Peja or Webb will? It's 9:15 If they fly out an hour and a half from now when will they get into Sac???

Allen or no Allen Kings can win this. But ti will help to have Pedja and Webber back on the court. If the team palys as well as it has in the past two games, what ever line up Adelman has out there ought to prevail.

Godammit, every Spurs game I see, somebody on the opposing team has to go to the lockeroom. Vladi had to leave because Manu elbowed him in the right eye.

How about the Lakers Lamar? Will they beat the Clippers or the Warriors? :-)

I think the Lakers will fade, and are poised to lose the division, but can still beat the Warriors for the tie-breaker... ;)

We'll see about the Suns -- might be hard to catch if Nash stays healthy. Sonics are already fading though.

Lakers should be a 45-48 win team. That one was easy to see before the season. Nothing's changed.

Tough game for the Sonics as them playing without Ray Allen is alot like the Suns playing without Nash.

I still see another injury for Nash down the way as this has pretty much been his MO for the last few years....kind of like Webb.
