How are the Giants allowed to sell those, without getting sued by Dreamworks, or whoever owns the rights to that movie?

While he got his nickname because he resembled the KungFu Panda, his was always called "The Panda". The hat is based on the animal, not the cartoon.

2. For whatever reason, when I watch games that involves teams that I don't root for in general, I tend to root for the underdog. So, that would probably become my main determinant for picking a 'tribe'.
