Right before Game #3 of the WNBA Finals, did anyone notice that some people were wearing specially-designed Erin Buescher t-shirts?
Just before I entered into Arco Arena's entrance door, I saw a handful of people wearing those shirts. It was a white shirt with an illustrated cartoon drawing of Erin wearing a white basketball uniform (with purple trim) but no WNBA or Monarchs logo on it. Underneath the drawing was a Biblical reference: "Proverbs 3:5".
I presume that this was a specifically-made shirt created by some of Erin's fans or her family (who lives in Northern Calif.). I don't think this was "officially" licensed by the WNBA or by the Monarchs, because it was not being sold inside the arena or at the Arco's Team Store.
Does anyone else remember seeing these shirts? Not that I'm planning on getting them, but I was just curious.
