Smart bastards. Wondered how long it was going to take them to realize that Ray Allen is not the sort of talent that makes you win, and he's getting old. Reminds me of us with Mitch at the end. Try to trade him for a young stud power player while you still can.

The sonics realize that they need more young players. Ray allen isn't a franchise player since they never went anywhere under his leadership. Plus age is going to become a factor sooner rather than later for Allen. It is best if they shop him now when his value is still high.
