How crazy is this whole Barry Bonds hunt going to get? It almost seems surreal to me that two journalists were sent to jail today for not giving-up their anonymous sources. Is this a case of national security? Was there a homicide in this case that I missed?

No. It is about some elite athlete who may have taking steroids and then lied about it. He is one of countless athletes that have done this, if he indeed do it. So now, the greatest punishment to date in this case goes to two journalists who are doing their job. In the words of Dr. Phil, "this has gone beyond the ridiculous."

Don't even pay attention to that crap, kupman.

Barry Bonds has passed every single test he has been given over the years.

...You know whats funny is how quickly everyone forgot about Sammy Sosa CORKING HIS BAT!! talk about cheating, show me some hard evidence that Barry Bonds injected steriods or STFU!!!

Please, they didn't even test when Bonds was hitting all of those homeruns. They didn't start testing until this past year.

The only people that don't believe he was juicing are Giants fans.

Isn't this just dragging up everything that's already been said on here about Bonds? As U2 says in 'Bloody Sunday', "how long, how long can we sing this song?" Talk about it all you want if you need to, just giving my two cents and singing some U2....

It less about Barry and more about the Federal government willing to send two jounalists to jail for simply doing their job and what is morally correct with their profession. All I am asking is 'is this case worth jail time for two journalists unwilling to give-up sources?'
