Sixers vs. Denver

Philly beat Denver 108 -106. Great game for Webb -- he had 32/15/7 on and 15/22 shooting! Always great to see him playing well! And, an extra plus, Matt Barnes got to play -- limited minutes (only 13) but 3/4 shooting for 6 points with 2 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal and 1 block. Great to see Matt in action & I hope things turn around for him.

Denver is underachieving simply because of injuries; Camby/Martin/Nene/Boykins (though returned lately).

Philly played great tonight, especially AI/Webb.

i was so happy philly won and webb played an AWESOME game!

32/15/7 = amazing :)

especially the fg%! wow

Webb scored 22 in the first half alone...but today it was Iverson that really ended up bailing the Sixers out

Reason why Denver lost Camby played 6 minutes enough said. He is the key of that team Not Melo.
Yeah, I'm sure that the Nuggets would be leading the Northwest without Anthony... After all, who needs Anthony when you have DeMarr F. Johnson?

Believe it or not but the key to thier team is Camby he is the only inside presence and defender they have.

I don't disagree that Camby is important, or that he is the anchor of their defense, but I'd be very interested in seeing whether the Nuggets would win more game without Anthony or without Camby. I'm of the opinion that Anthony is a player that a playoff-caliber team can be built around, and Camby is... well... not.

And, by the way, Camby is not their only inside presence; he is merely the only healthy one, which is ironic in itself...

camby's proneness (dunno if thats a word) to injuries could take his name out of the running for MVP

Proclivity might work better than "proneness" but your point is clear, nonetheless.

Press Release - Denver Nuggets center Marcus Camby has suffered a right hand 5th finger fracture. He will have pins surgically inserted into the finger tomorrow after which a timeline for his return will be set.

Camby originally sprained the finger during practice in Cleveland on Dec. 14. He suffered the fracture against Golden State on Dec. 26.

Man, I hope he isn't out too long. I want him to make the all-star team!

Nuggets are truly delpeted up front now. Elson's played pretty solid when Camby's been out though.
