Shawn Marion demands trade

Sorry but with Marion you get to pay him a HUGE contract and you still get his issues. His problems that he's always underrated(he's complained to the media about this), and he's just got a huge overinflated ego. He just demanded a trade from a team that won like 60 games last year and they're easily a contender. Sorry but if you don't think he has issues you're flat out WRONG.

The real Marion issue is the contract. He's maybe a $12mil/yr guy, not $20mil.

Nah he just killed the chemistry on a team going for 60 wins next year because he's money hungry. He killed a potential KG trade for them. Demanding a trade from a 60 win team=same thing Ron gets blamed for. So why can't Marion get blamed for the same thing? And for the record he has always been a whiny punk. I remember in the playoffs in 05 he was whining about being underrated because he didn't have a bobblehead and Amare and Nash did or some ish like that.

Marion isn't that great. He's not worth 12/year even. He wants 20! Every year in his career he's had a decent-very good PG. The worst PG he's played with was a 20/8 Marbury. And sorry but the guy can't create a shot to save his life. He has no ball handling ability, his jumpshot is awful if anybody comes close to him because he slings it from his chest, he has no post game, and he can't slash. He gets his points because of the system the Suns play, the pace they play, the PGs he's played with, open shots, and offensive rebounds. His defense is overrated. Yeah he is versatile defensively, like he can defend guys 1 through 4. But he doesn't do it very well. He's decent, nothing more. Shawn is a stat guy and nothing more. He is one of the most disgustingly overrated players in the game.

lol, that's a lot of hate. Marion is great in pickup games with everyone just having fun. The isolation plays the kings live on wouldn't suit marion's style. He's a super garbage collector who wants to play a bigger role. Suns isolated him many times in a game against the lakers in 05's playoff. In the end d'antoni said he shouldn't have put players in situations they're not used to. I'd rather keep artest for the moment despite his sometimes interesting actions.
