Has anyone here been to the Seat Relocation Event yet? It is going on today through Saturday. I'm curious if anyone can report on how it flows.
A word to the wise: It pays to be on time, prepared, and decisive. The race goes to the swift to a degree... if you hem and haw too much, somebody may pull your tag.
It is not done PURELY by seniority. Calling in is a far inferior substitute to being there - trust me on this. If you can go, then go - and know what you want to get, and go get it swiftly (without knocking over any old ladies or anything).
A very well run event in my opinion - my hat is off to MSE for how they did this drill!
I thought you didn't renew your seats???
Absolutely you can retain your seats if you don't find what you want. I just got back from Arco. I wanted aisle seats and got them, and its only one row higher than my original row. I also have a different section. I got to admit, I didn't like the section I was in last year.Glad you got good seats. When did you go? And it has been said both ways here: Can you retain your last season's seats if you don't find what you want??? Thanks! Annie.

The only bad thing: I faxed my season ticket rep for her to call me during my appointment time, but I got no phone call. Good thing I went in person, otherwise, I would have been very upset.
Like one member stated - if you can go in person, then go.
I agree with you that they should have called "multiple" times. Eventhough I went in person to my appointment, I still never received a call...not one. Its a good thing I went there, otherwise, I would be joining you being peeved. If I couldn't have made it and never received a phone call, the calls to my rep would not have been very nice. I would have emailed not only my rep, but the man that was in charge Phil and the Maloof brothers. I'm glad mine turned out ok. Sorry to hear your misfortune Ryle.My whole problem is this is a horrible weekend for me(Kids baseball on Friday night and Saturday Morning and first Communion today) so they could have at least tried to call me more than once last night!!!
It's an hour and a half round trip for me to ARCO which makes the timing virtually impossible.

If I had time today, I was going to go again just to see what seats were available, but I guess the last session ended at 2:00p.m. Oh well.
Oh yea, my new section is 218.
I'll take the fifthWhat this inquiring mind wants to know is, what was your OLD section?
One thing I cannot stand is being blatantly lied to. The ticket person I was working with finally called me at about 3:00 on Saturday. She said she had been trying to get a hold of me since Friday night....I have a company phone that I am required to have with me all the time and that is the number she was given so I know she was pretty much trying to cover her arse and say that.
Anyway, to make a long story short pretty much every seat that I wanted was already taken and the event had just ended. She did have some "great seats" to offer me for an additional $2,400 a year but I had to pass. I did move down 3 rows, went over a section and got seats 2 in from the aisle. Technically better than what I had but nothing to be excited about.
Where are you now?
What were the pricey ones you took a pass on?
