From afar, I'm quite impressed by the way Chris, Phil and the team are handling this. They're in a spot that sales people fear the most: selling a product that's crap and doesn't look to be getting any better and just raised prices. But the way they're selling it is honest, genuine, and shows compassion for customers.
Now only if the basketball side had a similarly thoughtful approach...
