Season ticket info (merged)

I wish I could.... but I wouldn't be able to eat for the rest of the year. I'm gonna save up for when the new arena opens.... Definitely going to try and make it to Opening Night next year though...place will be ELECTRIC.

Partial Season tickets.

I am looking for quarter season tickets. Experienced members, please advise me and suggest the best way and place to buy them. And of course if you have some inside contact/connections ;)
Thanks

I'll make sure to post information about the various ticket packages, etc. as soon as it becomes available. Thus far, the Kings ticket staff has been blown away by the number of inquiries and current STH renewals. It's a good time to be a Kings fan!

Thanks, VF...I'm interested as well. I've never been a STH before, but have always dreamed of it. I think now is the time to get in the club!

Thanks, Warhawk! Does anyone have an estimate for how much I should expect to pay for season tickets in the upper and lower levels? The website says that pricing plans will be available only after the deposits have been placed. I'm not sure I can lay down a non-refundable deposit without having some idea of what I should expect to pay...not if I want to stay married, anyway... :)

I maybe wrong but I think those packages usually become available once the schedule is released.
I think you're right. This year is gonna be different as demand for season tickets returns. When we first started the Tickets forum, it was to help our members get tickets for single games from other members because the games were generally sold out.

I'm amazed and excited about the attention that Vivek's purchase has already garnered for ticket sales. It's gonna be fun!

Renewed 2 season tickets with my pops and brother. Myself and my brother usually share, and my dad actually had two for last year with my brother, I just didn't partake in many games, and didn't put much cash into it.. Anyhow, we still have the same two tickets. Two tickets for three people is a pretty good deal for us though because most of the time one of us cannot make it for one reason or another. I was thinking about bringing in a 4th so if anyone is interested PM me.

I haven't been a ticket holder since the year after the Anaheim debacle. Last year I didn't renew.

Talked with one of my friends who's high up in Arena operations. After the huge hug and congrats, he told me they were hiring more ticket reps and the phones were ringing off the hook!

In fact, they've been getting season ticket renewals/startups at the rate of one per minute!

The Arena is going to be rocking next season!

Don't let that stop you! If you get divorced I can attend the games with you. :p

One thing for sure, let the Kings staff know what you want, they may be able to match you up with a partner or partners. Two seasons ago when I went from a pair of season tickets to half that, they matched me with the other half. It worked for us. I hope our partners can do it again this year. We'll see. Good luck.

PS: Call the Kings' Matthew at 916-928-6945. He just called me this morning about renewing my season tickets.

Due to high demand for new season tickets, fans interested in locking-in their seats for the 2013-14 campaign are advised to place their $200, non-refundable deposit on Kings.com at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21, as it’s the fastest way to ensure a high priority number for the Kings Select-A-Seat event in June. Seat selection priority will be determined by timestamp of deposit. Fans may also place a deposit beginning at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 21 by calling 888-91-KINGS.

Kings.com is currently receiving, on average, one new season ticket inquiry every 3 minutes.

At the launch this morning they were getting one season ticket reservation every 4 seconds!

Also, it looks like Crown Downtown folks are looking to get together in an upper section for their season tickets. So if you want to be in a fun-filled section with some great (loud!) folks supporting Sacramento and the Kings, look for the CDT t-shirts when you go to pick out seats. @callmemrssachs on twitter is the one to contact/follow regarding this if you have questions.

I called this morning and they could not even give me a ball park on costs. I didn't want to give them $200 non refundable to only find out it was going to be $10,000. I would also like to find 3 families to split 2 lower level seats with if possible. That is proving to be difficult.

I went ahead with the deposit because I don't believe Vivek will come out gouging, and if the lower level seats are priced too high, I'll just buy a more modest priced pair upstairs. But I want to make sure I can get seats in the new arena so I had to gamble. Probably about $10K pair for the midcourt lowers... but it looks like they are goign to be introducing more pricing tiers if you check out the seating chart on the website.

I have to believe the days of not being able to give away tickets (LITERALLY THERE WERE TIMES I COULD NOT GIVE THEM AWAY... FOR FREE!!!) I think those days are over. I'm counting on it anyway because I cannot go to 44 games :)

@lesliempr Starting at $15/gm
OK, I know those are upper level cheap seats, but I am sure they will have a variety of pricing options.

Sorry, yes they already told me that too. That doesn't help me because I would not buy tickets up there. I have sat up there too many times and I would rather watch on my tv then sit up there.

I'm just one graduating college student but if you find a couple other parties willing to, I'd be willing to buy into lower level season tickets with you.
