I’m guessing it’s the Clippers own the tiebreaker over the Lakers, Pelicans own the tiebreaker over the Clippers so that negates the Lakers owning the tiebreaker over the Pelicans..which means it goes to Conference record..which the Pelicans have the best of among the three
