Alex Len continues to play well!
Sweet. ya gotta love to see it. He will do some enforcer type stuff for us too if needed in the playoffs, you'd imagine older more experienced teams would try to push us around so maybe that'll be of some value.
I've been in the group talking about a taller defensive C, which obviously the definition of what that is, has changed drastically over the course of someone like Len's career. (See Nic Claxton on the Nets if you want a look at a newer age defensive C).
I'm actually hopeful that Len plays well in the playoffs and maybe even gets resigned on the low for a year or 2, which is a nice low cost option, and fits in with a keeping Queta and developing him more type timeline.

Hoping Brown is better entertaining the idea of bench extensions - more minutes to more varied bench players - he seems like he could be up for it.....I've never understood why NBA coaches limit down their players to 8 or 9 when you can have the full 12 for energy with no substitution limits. Brown likes 10 generally., but with the extra 2 players, you never know if you don't try. Metu is certainly good enough for minutes, and so is Holmes. He's brought in Len and somewhat rejuvenated his languishing at the end of the bench, and brought in Edwards and now Dozier. I think also it's time to let Len and Metu get some minutes with Sabonis (not alot) to probe to see how it looks for upping the ante on rebounding and defense with bigger ball. Maybe won't happen these playoffs, but if most/all players resign/extend/return, I'd think it would next year.

Very nice sequence from PJ Dozier causing a Nuggets Timeout.
He can play! It's just a matter of will he make his shots, and be a threat to shoot, which he had no issues with in the G-League this season, the other aspects of the game he's solidly on an NBA level at.
