I cannot believe a couple of you. A while back it was all about how the King couldn't be that good because they lost to the TWolves. Well, guess what? We BEAT the TWolves, and were very short-handed in the process. Was it good enough? Of course not.
What exactly are you looking for as we head into February? Our record is on a par with last years. We are the ONLY team in the top 5 this year who was also in the top 5 last year (meaning at this point in time). We played an excellent game today to finish off the road trip with a 2-1 record.
I don't care about the cynics. There is a LOT to be happy about today. I actually feel very sorry for you if you can't see that or enjoy it.
I'm very proud of what the Kings did today. Yes, it's only one game. BUT it's the 30th win of the year. Looking around the league and how some of the other teams are doing, I think that's worthy of rejoicing.
I'm not saying we're the best but I am totally and completely convinced we're in a position to compete with the best. And, on Jan. 30, that's pretty darned good.

Like a few others have said the solid rebounding and crashing of defensive boards made me smile quite a bit. If I can think of one thing that has KILLED the kings in games it's second chance points. Today it was one shot and done for the pups and that's what has to happen more frequently. With all
the awesome regular seasons and then 7game let-downs I definitely understand the pessimistic attitudes of people but please: ENJOY THE SEASONS WHILE THEY LAST!! Just imagine being a laker fan right now
