After voters in Oklahoma City last week approved a sales tax for improvements to the downtown arena, NBA representatives are planning to visit later in the month to further study the relocation bid. The seemingly inevitable move by the SuperSonics, however, is actually in the hands of a district judge in Seattle who could make all the preparations moot by ruling the team must stay in Washington.
