They get an upgrade at point guard. his contract may be big but its only for two more years, and there stuck with Shaq's monster contract for 3 more. Kleiza's a pretty good backup behind Ricky Davis
Why Miami doesn't: It's kind of a trade to just help us. If Riley wants to keep playing with this same aging group Bibby is definitely an upgrade though.
