Rutgers news on Marianne Stanley and ex-Monarch Chelsea Newton

Chelsea returns to the alma mater, Rutgers University, and will serve as the "director of player development" (whatever that means) there.

Congratulations to Chelsea...that's pretty awesome. It probably means, given what Chelsea's degree is in...something to learn from and put on her resume then get a front office job once her playing days are over. Also is probably a testament of what type of person she is and how much maturity she has.
