That's actually not the worst idea I've ever heard: if we can make that trade quickly enough that we can waive him before the whole $12M is guaranteed, it might be worth it, just to get rid of Thornton and Outlaw. But, even then, I'd only be subject to make the trade on condition that we get our pick back.
 
You want to give Cavs the privilege to have Thornton and Outlaw with no salary coming back to Kings, but only if they return the conditional pick? I would say that's ambitious.
 
Not really. Everyone in the world knows that Cleveland wants to get rid of Bynum. So the question becomes, how bad?
