Well, he's actually shooting worse since the surgery so not sure that's it.

His problem is he takes very bad shots and too many of them. He's also out of shape and not as athletic at the rim right now.

Since eye procedure, Gay's 3 point shot has not been a big problem per se, it's same or better. His 2 pt FG % is inconsistent to say the least but I think it's forceing more, jacking them up in endless volume in Toronto's offense of who jacks more up - Gay or DeRozan.
