Where is this cat? I know we waived him that year..... is he in the D league?

he avg 21/7/5 in college....at 6'4" sucks he didnt do more.

Ricky Donell Minard Jr. (born September 11, 1982 in Mansfield, Ohio), is an American basketball player who was selected by the Sacramento Kings in the 2nd round (48th overall) of the 2004 NBA Draft. A 6'4" guard from Morehead State University, Minard was signed by the Kings in July 2004, but they have waived him in November the same year, and so far he has never appeared in an NBA game.

He has played professionally in Italy for Lauretana Biella (2004-2005), Bipop Carire Reggio Emilia (2005-2007) and Premiata Montegranaro (2007-present).

To go even further his squad was 22-12, and lost in the 1/4finals of the playoffs to Danilo Gallinari's squad named Armani Jeans Milano (19-15).
