I may have provided these before. But I think it's worth keeping these going since the plan is tied to the sports district.

The Railyard is slated to be built with or without the arena, but it stands a better chance to get built sooner with a major piece like the arena.

I was looking at the plan a couple of weeks ago. I'd LOVE to live in that area. Especially if the put in the huge park someone proosed along the river. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to afford it. Not rich enough and not low-income enough for affordable housing.

EDIT: here's the link to that proposal. I think it would be wonderful. A bit ambitious, but someone needs to dream big and maybe something can happen along these lines. And the arena would fit in just great!

Yeah...I've been loving these renderings since they came out a few months back. Everything is beautiful and logical about this, and what's NOT to love about this...but...
