Question about NBA authentics shorts

I live in France and i would buy an sacramento kings NBA authentics shorts. The single way i can do that is by the Internet. And my problem is about the sizing which is different from french sizing.
I have understood what mean the size 32, 34, 36, 38 etc ... It is the waist size but impossible for me to find the length corresponding to theses shorts.
Can someone bring me some help ???
