Prayer Request

Please pray for my friend Myndi and her family. Myndi is only 33 and is in the end stages of an aggressive and rare form of cancer. She has battled this horrible disease for a while now and the outlook is not good. She is on high levels of pain meds, but is still is in extreme pain. Myndi has three children under the age of eight. She has been in the hospital for a long time and is in and out of intensive care. The kids do not get to see her much as her condition has worsened.

Her husband, Chad, is at her side unless he is working or with their children. When he is unable to be with Myndi, her parents are with her. They live in California, but Chad's family lives in South Carolina. After an extended visit to be with Chad and Myndi in California, Chad's mother returned home and was soon diagnosed with cancer as well. Her form of cancer is more treatable than Myndi's and was found early. Her prognosis is positive.

Through all of this Chad, Myndi, and their families have held to their faith. The doctors have told them that they have done all they can. Prayer is all they have left at this point. I am asking for your prayers their behalf - not just for her health, but for her husband and children's comfort as well.

Myndi & Chad and their family will be in my prayers! Prayers are amazing... I recently asked for some for my step son and now have people all over the country praying for him... and he has made it through (so far) when we did not think he could possibly. Keep the faith chelle!

When I got returned to work today, I found out that one of my co-worker's son was found murdered yesterday. I don't know when she will return to work..she has had so many bad/sad things happen in her life lately...
Her son leaves a wife and 2 small children, ages 3 and under 1.

I just wanted to thank all of you for your thoughts and prayers.

We lost Myndi last night. She is no longer suffering, and for that we are grateful. Please continue to keep her husband and little girls in your thoughts and prayers. The three girls are all under he age of 8. I cannot imagine losing my mother at such a young age. I know that Chad never imagined that he would be raising their daughters alone. For those of us who are believers, we have faith that God has a plan greater than ours. It just isn't always easy to understand.
