Well, here are your rankings, a day late and a dollar short. You get what you pay for! (In all seriousness, I had no reliable internet service. It reminded me of dialup back in the day, where I waited 45 minutes for pixelated pictures of Kathy Ireland.)

The door was open for the Kings to move into eighth place in the West on Sunday. But they shot 3-for-22 in the fourth quarter and lost at home to a team - Portland - that was without its best player and had lost 13 of its previous 16 games on the road. Rajon Rondo has 31 assists in the last two games, but also 17 turnovers and the Kings' offense has been slightly better with him off the floor this season.
This week: @ GSW, vs. PHI, vs. PHX

The Kings have recently eked out solid road wins against the Pacers and Raptors, but still can’t quite find stability. George Karl’s frustration after losing at home to the Blazers is just the latest hiccup. For any other team, it’d feel like a bigger deal.

With all the injuries to the Suns and to the Jazz, the door has swung open for the Kings to jump into one of the final playoff spots in the West. How did they respond to that challenge. With terrible defense, 3-of-22 shooting in the fourth, and a loss to the Trail Blazers (despite 36 from DeMarcus Cousins). If this team doesn’t score in transition it can’t score.

Are the Kings responsible for spurring Draymond Green to new heights? Fair question on the morning of a Steph versus Seth Curry reunion in Oakland. Since Green rumbled for his season's first triple-double in a Nov. 28 win over Sacramento, Green ranks as the only player in the NBA averaging at least 17 points, 10 rebounds and five assists.

George Karl said "I'm done. I'm frustrated" after the Kings' loss to the Blazers Sunday. Imagine how the fans feel, George. Imagine how the fans feel.
