Can anyone name really good players without rings aside from Stockton, Malone, and Ewing...Not just from todays era, could be from anytime...

Rony Seikaly.

What do you mean Seikaly wasn't a great player?

He had a 34 rebound game (3/3/93, MIA vs WASH) and 4 more 20 board games that same month including a 30/23 game.

If he wasn't great, he was surely the best Greek the league has ever fielded. He is Greek, right?

Seikaly is Lebanese. And, he's definitely no worse than the second-best Lebanese-born player in the history of the NBA, seeing as how the only other Lebanese-born player in the history of the NBA is Steve Kerr...

Yes, that Steve Kerr.

Yes, that Steve Kerr.

I'm waiting for Kerr to give a shout out to Beirut. I don't think it's comin though.

Hmm

Many already mentioned.

Jordan years killed alot of people's hopes for rings.

My additions:

dirk nowitzki
pp
Wade

Let's see... correct me if I am wrong about any of these...

Xavier McDaniel
Dale Ellis
Roy Tarpley
Tom Chambers
Dan Marjle
Brad Daughtery
Spud Webb

I think a part of the issue is those who did not make it to the finals did not get as much spotlight... and are now being forgotten for what they could contribute.

Too early to add him to this list, might as well have Lebron on it too if we are going to put him in this soon.

I was thinking about it. I didn't know this was "Great players who have been in the NBA a long time and don't have a ring" just "Great players who don't have a ring" :)
