I think he has more sense than to burn his bridges with the team that brought him into the league. Saying he would come back might be sincere, but it is the "politically correct" thing to say too.

I gotta admit, that press conference with Peja made me kinda sad... I'm going to miss the guy, he was part of the big run that we made over the years and was a great, quiet, and supportive guy towards the community and the team. I wish him the best in Indiana. Go Peja!!!!
