i want to remind you the numbers they said was out before casspi got to scaramento.

Casspi was the #23 pick, Evans the #4 pick. If push comes to shove the first guy to pick a number generally gets to keep it. Since Evans was a King for about an hour before Casspi, he'd get the choice I do believe.
